Good evening. I address you this evening as the guardian of preparations and I understand that the master of illusion has indeed visited you prior to my entrance. It is important that you absorbed and penetrated within your mind some of the examples of illusion and illusions that were presented to you. But this evening I wish to speak to each of you in regard to the preparations that are concerned prior to existance.

There are many within the outer realms who upon departure from earth, gather unto each other for the significant purpose of altering and changing the vibrations within what you know and preceive as the earth dimension. It is an energy of confusion and frustration and because of the information that is always being permeated into the minds of the individuals it seems to go unnoticed and often times create a silence of action within the individuals. But to those who I address this evening there is a very significant difference. And I wish at this time for each of you to begin to manifestate in thought those within your circle who are not present at this moment. For their energy and their perception is very vital to the totality, and as you review and discuss, it shall then become totally aware in their awareness of the significance of what I wish to address to you this evening.

For I, the guardian of perperations have councilled with each of you, not in the form that you are at the moment, in preparing you not only for this lifetime, but for the many other lifetimes of which you have endured and lived within the earth for the significant purpose of not self, but to serve mankind in it's totality. Surely the mind at the moment does not recall significant experiences or different aspects of life that you have endured and acted within. And that is not an essential importance to you at the moment. But I must take you back, not to the previous time, but to the moment that the soul energy was created. For it has been fortold to you in the past of the ten family disciples that entered into the earth plane at the moment of life formation. Each of you have served and often times have been the leaders of these energy vibrations, and would if it be know seen upon the walls in history and upon the written word, but that too is insignificant at this time. Because the perparations that were experienced prior to your creating yourselves in this life was of a directive nature, and many of you still at this moment are not fully aware or conscious of what that direction or purpose is.

The energies have been ignited within the soul consciousness and the windows have flown open within the etheric mind to begin to create different avenues of expression. And this my brethern is the importance of your existance. It is not for me to lay upon you the blueprint of life for each day of experinence creates an alternative or a different aspect of what your inner perceptions are. It is for you each to begin to evaluate and to begin to see the perfected plan that each of you foretold of yourselves in my council chambers. That is why through these moments, these precious moments of time, we all have come before you, have counciled, have given you information to break open the great books of wisdom. And these books do not see the written word, but are felt more within the self energy. For when each have lived through an experience, they become the soul energy of yourself.

It is in the days that lie before you, that it will and shall become more apparent in the depths of your own desires to become more expressive without hesitation, to council among yourselves not only self purpose, but of the joint energy of which you wish to send out to the betterment of mankind of mind and soul. For my brethern I tell you, that too many souls among your earth walk through the coorridors of darkness. They are being stripped of hope and desire. Greed and power seems to be the reigning thought process, and it is most difficult for those who are the light bearers of truth to shine their lights through the fog of doubt, through the clouds of unknown mystery, and to the darkness of untruth. And we who sit within the force are not only saddened, but weep. For this has not been the plan and preparations that were long foretold or preplanned at the moment of creation.

It is through many lifetimes that messengers of light and truth have been sent into your vibration to administer and to council. But these words have been misconstrued. They have been altered and stripped of the loving vibration that was projected. So it is time once again to plan and preplan the army of truth, and like yourselves, there are many scattered throughout this earth energy who are beginning to reach within the depths of their souls and allow the mind to ask "how may we serve?" it must be a joint venture. With those of you who walk within the earth deminsion can freely open what you know and project as your heart energy and also through the mind consciousness. And in so doing it allows us the priviedge and deep honor, and with your permission, to begin to interreact, to change certain vibrations within yourselves so that you can stand strong and allow your voice to be heard in the wilderness of doubt. For you have walked the land before in this wilderness. You have heard the cries of man in fear, and in many instances each of you within your own individuality have been able to alter certain vibrations. If this were not true, our profound love and dedication to you would not have sustained through all of time. And in the eons of time that you prepared to enter the life form.

So we come not just to speak idle words, but we come with the desire to embrace and to try and make known the delight that your inner hopes and desires have not gone unseen, but are beginning to swell within the outer dimensions unseen by all. So again we come together in preparation for the work that lies before. It is a challenge each of you have taken upon yourselves. Some knowing, some unknowing, but are aware of this desire and drive that seems to often fill the moments of non-thought. So I stand before you this evening and hearld your existance in life. I salute your desires, and I embrace the memories and the discussions that each of us have contributed into the direct light of truth.

I shall ask that you council amoung yourselves, and in a state of quiteness to allow yourselves in that moment to visit and to expand within the council the inner desires of self. Which we shall embrace, which we shall cultivate, that we shall surround with our presence, and together we shall begin to alter many of the energies that are overpowering your earth deminsion. Ponder well, for I shall return and we shall discuss your perception of plans for yourselves and for the future of your own growth. And with that thought, I bid you all the joy of love, the brightness of light, the wisdom that quenches your thirst, and your own goodness that nourishes your physical form.
