The tabulation given in the second part of this article included all
degrees of humanity as part of the Planetary Hierarchy, but that was a
mistake, because the person with no spiritual interest whatsoever
cannot be considered even as approaching the Fifth Kindom. Anyway, as
I said, there are some errors of detail in my postings that I don't
see until I revise them a few times. Resuming our subject, there are
three major groups of beings in the Hierarchy that reflect the
influences of the three mayor rays (1-Will, 2-Love, 3-Intelligence),
and four that respond to, or manage, the influence of the four minor
rays (4th, 5th, 6th and 7th) that are synthesided in the third mayor.
We have to remember that except our Planetary Lord, all the higher
positions in the Hierarchy are being transfered to the most evolved
humans as they reach the necessary preparation, and the entities that
were taking care of those functions at the same time are transfered to
a higher field of service in the Solar System, or somewhere else in
(most likely) our Galaxy. Readers can easily grasp that this last
Cosmic Body must necessarily be a very important centre of Cosmic
Consciousness and Purpose to which our own Solar System is
responding. The solar system of Sirius is the receptacle for a great
deal of Monads that have achieved the highest possible evolution in
our Solar System. The Planetary Logos is the primary focus of Solar
and Cosmic Energy, and their three primary aspects , or rays, are
reflected in the three Kumaras or Buddhas of Activity. The groups of
beings that form the inner circle around the Lord of the World can be
considered to the physical planet Earth like the Monad or spiritual
spark is to the human body. So this inner circle, called "Shamballa"
is the centre where the first aspect or Will, is being focussed and
handled. A triple divission can be established then in tabular form:

I don't know the person, or the groups of persons that could fit in
the dotted line where the head of humanity (the Fourth Kingdom) should
be, if it really exists. Probably some group of beings that belongs
to the department of the Mahachohan, where the third aspect of God is
focussed, if not the Mahachohan Himself. There's not much that can be
said about the first group, or 'Shamballa', but in a sense it can be
considered the Sixth Kingdom of Nature, that of the pure Spirit. The
center that I will consider with more detail is the Group of beings of
whom the Christ is the head, and which is mostly dealing with the task
of developing spiritual consciousness and true Love in the Human race.
Remember that the job of the Boddhisattva (the Christ) is that of
World Teacher. I may seem strange that the Second aspect in this
scheme (the Love-Wisdom) is considered the head instead of the First,
or that of Will, and that is because our Solar Logos is a Second Ray
Entity (God IS Love). Without trying to confuse the readers any more,
let me say that all the rays we are considering are in reality
sub-divisions of a Cosmic Second Ray. The second ray is the last one
to be mastered in this Solar System, which is the second system of a
chain of seven, where each will be manifesting a different ray. The
last solar system (the last incarnation of our Solar Logos in a
'physical solar system') was under the influence of a Cosmic Third
Ray, and the intelligence aspect was developed. Now the Love aspect
is the most important, and in the next solar system the Will or first
aspect, will be mastered in a systemic scale. When all beings in this
solar system have mastered the second aspect, or second ray, the
inmediate work of our Solar Logos will be done. Now, back to our
Planetary Hierarchy.
The Manu
This being is mainly directing the affairs of the world in the areas
of politics, goverments and races. He has basically the task of
constructing the appropiate forms for the expression of the Spirit,
and those can be races, cities, or continents. The forces of nature
are much under His direction, and being a reflection of the First
aspect of the Planetary Logos, the forces of destruction are also
manipulated through this department as well the creative ones.
The World Teacher, The Christ
As I said before, His task is the direction of all activities that are
necessary to awaken the dormant spiritual consciousness in the forms
that have been produced with the help of the Manu (new races, etc.) He
has been in charge of that since aprox the year 600 B.C., and of,
course he is the one that came two thousand years ago and used
temporarily the physical vehicle of the Master Jesus to teach the new
law of Love, and that we are all Sons of God.
The Mahachohan
This being is the sumtotal of the third aspect, or that of Creative
Intelligence. This department has a lot of work, because in a sense,
it makes the work of all the other ones possible, and because it deals
with one primary ray (the Third) and the four subsidiary ones. This
is a 'crowded' department, and there's a lot of entities of many rays
under His supervision. His work is mainly to stimulate the evolution
of civilization through the third aspect. Big world wide scale
movements in science, education and art are energised by this
centre.
Many humans that have trascended the fourth kingdom have taken their
place in this energetic scheme that we call the Hierarchy, have
evolved to higher states of consciousness and fields of service, and
their places have been taken by qualified personnell, usually direct
disciples of the formers. But the condition of being a disciple of
some particular Master is not based on some type of personal like or
dislike, but on energetic affinity and compatibility plus, of course,
the ability to respond to the energy poured from that Master and to
transmit it as purely as possible. This doesn't mean to be an
automat, but to be able to tune with the Plans of God, and get
effective results. Some of the work in the evolutionary process of
our planetary life (Sanat Kumara) has been aided at many times by
forces totally external to our system. There's a special connection
between the sun Sirius and our Solar Logos, and many souls jump to
that solar system in their evolutionary path. Other stay in our own
solar system and some also stay within the 'aura' of influence of
Sanat Kumara, helping Him. I'll give later on some information on the
differnt paths of service that the more evolved souls take according
to their Ray type and spiritual qualifications. But let's mention
some of the well known appearances of Hierarchical leaders different
planetary periods. In general, the entities that make such
appearances and leave great spiritual legacies to future races and
cultures belong to one of the evolutionary paths that I mentioned
before and that it's called The Path of the World Saviours.
VYASA. This entity is known to the Hindu culture as the compiler of
their main sacred scriptures: The Vedas.
But it was revealed that He
was actually involved with human evolution millons of years ago,
when he
helped the now humans to trascend the animal kingdom and to begin
their function as individuals (please, refer to previous posting
"Basic Esoterism II")
HERCULES. He is considered a very important incarnation, and His
Twelve Labours are considered an example of the necessary steps on the
preparation to enter the Fifth Kingdom (the path of discipleship).
KRISHNA. The teachings given by Him to his disciple and friend Arjuna
before the later was about to lead his army into a war, which were
compiled in the 'Bhagavad Gita' (now a worldwide known scripture), are
enough to justify His greatness. Some schools of esoterism speak of
Krishna-Christos as the same principle, or the second aspect of the
Deity. (Vishnu in the Hindu Holy Trinity).
BUDDHA. His life on Earth and the planetary expansion of His
doctrines prove that he had a great task to accomplish regarding the
unfoldment of the spiritual nature in man. It is said that later he
used the lower vehicles of the Master Shankara to complete part of His
work. That process of overshadowing was repeated in the dual work
of the Master Jesus and the Christ. He demonstrated the wisdom aspect
of the dual Second Ray (love-wisdom).
THE CHRIST. His work was (and still is) very important. He
demonstrated the Love aspect of the Second Ray, thus finishing the
work of the Buddha. But he also opened the door for the Hierarchy
(and as a result, to Humanity) to the life of Shamballa, where the
Will of God is focussed in Sanat Kumara. That's why he claimed:
"...no one goes to the Father except by me" (New Testament. John,
14.6). Remember that the 'Father' is the personification of the First
Ray of Will. So He is definitely the bridge from the Second Aspect to
