One of the questions that we hear time and again is "How can I protect myself from negative energies?". The question itself shows that fear is a concern. Fear is a lower vibration. When enveloped by fear the mind races (in comparison to your vibration) and each second lasts an eternity. Your vibration slows down and your senses, at the point of over-stimulation, scream Danger! Fear causes gaps to appear in your energy body and attracts lower vibrations which can then enter through the gaps. Love is your greatest protection. The high vibration of Love

doesn't allow the entrance of lower energies. In order to allow Love to work this way we must see a differ- ent aspect of Love. Do you Love all? All people, all animals, all spirits? Do you love the dark and the light, the murderer and the healer, the sinner and the saint, the betrayer and the savior? Do you Love all Life? Love

is not just the feeling we get with those in our lives that we feel especially close to. True LOVE goes far beyond our romantic, familial and devotional relationships. LOVE requires that we see the oneness between ourselves and all else. This standard of LOVE may seem a bit too high for most of us. You may

ask how it is possible to LOVE those you dislike. The behavior of an individual may seem brutish, even cruel, but the journey of the soul is more or less the same for each. We each learn our lessons at different times and at different rates, but we all go through the same process. While we can't allow certain behaviors of the personality to go unchallenged we may, at the same time, respect the spirit that is trying to express divinity to whatever degree possible. You may not agree with the choice of expression, the behavior, of the personality, but you can always LOVE the Spirit within each. When this becomes a reality for you, fear and evil cease to exist and you no longer have any need of protection. For you all of existence is the expression of divinity and there is only ONENESS. You project an aura of calm, peace and acceptance of all things as they are and the universe responds in kind. This is the state of 'harmlessness' and when achieved there is no such thing as pain and fear. Only LOVE.
